My wife is an American and so never grew up with the show. I have to say I was surprised how much I enjoyed what I've always regarded in my head as something of a girl's programme. She thoroughly enjoyed them too.

At the moment we're working our way through Sapphire and Steel. Surprisingly scary for a kids' programme. The one I'm curious to see again actually is The Owl Service. I think I was a bit young for it then because I don't recall enjoying it that much but I know others who speak fondly of it.

Jim Murdochhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12786388638146471193noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32570460.post-7454123236777356402009-11-26T21:37:26.458+00:002009-11-26T21:37:26.458+00:00Just as my energy was flagging you put a spring in...Just as my energy was flagging you put a spring in my step with Follyfoot.Lucillehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14414527658216916537noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32570460.post-72472350145497373342009-11-26T21:33:28.293+00:002009-11-26T21:33:28.293+00:00I'd be much more interested in a writer deemed...I'd be much more interested in a writer deemed 'only sometimes acceptable'.John Selfhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05761816149593541133noreply@blogger.com
